2012 Annual Conference Sponsor Form

Thank you for considering advertising at our Annual Conference.

Event Sponsor Application

Please see the below options for advertising. If you would like to purchase an advertising option then fill out the Amount and Services Purchased fields in the Payment Details section below. For the Services Purchased field insert the bold text of your advertising choice.

1. Sponsor of the event - $500
   This option gives the sponsor floor space for set up in the lobby for the event and inclusion in all email blasts sent for the event and all printed materials for the event.
   
   
2. Sponsor of the event with classroom presentation option - $625  
   This option gives the sponsor all of the above and use of a classroom for two hours (one hour in the am and one hour in the pm).
   
   
3. Sponsor of the event with PC lab presentation option - $750
   This option includes all items in #1 above and provides the sponsor with the opportunity to use a classroom for two hours (one hour in the am and one hour in the pm) to give participants a guided hands-on experience of their product.
