Performance consultant, instructional designer and group facilitator for business oriented training including: technical, job skills, personal effectiveness, management and leadership.
What do you find most rewarding about your career?
Helping people perform at a high level at work. When that happens, work is fun!
Would you mind sharing one of your favorite T&D tips or techniques?
Utilize the expertise in the room and guide participants to actively take charge of their learning. There is a powerful moment when the trainer stops training and becomes a facilitator, guiding the group to train itself. The best way to get the ball rolling is to ask compelling questions that generate passionate yet relevant debate. Then get out of the way and watch the magic happen!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Playing with power tools in my workshop.
